This meter has automatic temperature compensation and pH readings to 0.01 resolution +/- 0.01pH accuracy and temperature readings to 0.1° resolution +/- 1.8°F/1°C accuracy. Both pH and temperature are displayed on screen.
An indicator signals when to calibrate or replace the electrode, you can record up to 15 readings and this meter has an automatic calibration at 1, 2 or 3 points.
Ease-of-use combined with affordability, makes it possible for cheese makers to measure pH on the spot, accurately and inexpensively.
